Our Story
ZeroVacancy was founded by Abe Miller and Sam Eisenberg in 2018.

Abe Miller, a real estate principal, has years experience in real estate and retail. Over the past 15 years, Abe’s been involved in the acquisition, financing, and management of $2B of residential and commercial real estate. In 2007, he personally orchestrated the acquisition of a portfolio including 28,600 apartments from Sam Zell’s equity residential portfolio. Abe has also been involved in the purchase and financing of more than 15M sf of commercial space.

Sam Eisenberg started his real estate career in 1986. Sam has been involved in acquisition, financing, and management of commercial, residential, and a portfolio of vacant land properties listed under Monticello Realty. In 1996, Sam assembled a PPO doctor and hospital network that provided reduced-fee benefits to over 20,000 individuals, and subsequently leased the network to Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. In 2000, Sam founded US Healthcard Inc., a co-op medical plan that provided reduced-fee benefits to over 32,000 individuals.

Combining their experience in management and co-op provider assembling, Abe and Sam founded ZeroVacancy—designed to operate in the niche AS-IS market. ZeroVacancy assists building owners in renting otherwise-vacant units “as is,” or providing minimal TI. In all cases, ZeroVacancy operates strictly as an advertising platform and collects a nominal fee from the owner.

ZeroVacancy welcomes property owners with large multi-family, office (shared space), or retail portfolios. Any inquiries or potential strategic partnerships can be directed to Sam at .
